You can request deletion of your personal data without deleting your account. We respect your right to privacy and will process your request within 30 days.

How to Request Data Deletion?

Open the Bya3 App

Launch the app on your mobile device and log in to your account.

Go to Account Settings

Navigate to your profile, then tap "Settings" → "Privacy & Data".

Submit a Deletion Request

Tap "Request Data Deletion" and confirm. You will receive a confirmation message.

What Gets Deleted?
  • Account information (name, email, phone number)
  • All listings and uploaded content (photos, descriptions)
  • Messages, chat history, and activity logs
  • Saved searches and favorites
Data Retention Policy
  • Some data may be retained for up to 30 days for legal and security purposes.
  • After the 30-day period, all retained data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
  • Anonymized analytics data may be kept for service improvement.
